How does Smart AI Renamer work?
The app uses AI to analyze your PDFs and images. It extracts relevant information like dates, senders, amounts, and document types, then generates a descriptive filename. You can preview all suggested names before renaming.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are processed anonymously and never used for AI training. Document contents are not permanently stored — neither on our servers nor by the AI service provider. The app contains no tracking or analytics SDKs.
What file formats are supported?
Smart AI Renamer supports PDFs, JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, and other common image formats. It works great with scanned documents, invoices, receipts, and photos.
Can I customize the naming pattern?
You can use pre-built templates for invoices, receipts, or bank statements, or create your own naming patterns with the visual template builder. Each monitored folder can have its own template.
